Inside Sales

This job is a support role for our outside sales staff, with some customer facing responsibilities. This is an entry level position, which will provide a good base of knowledge and experience for future opportunities.

• Conduct product research
• Process customer orders
• A mindset that prioritizes customer service
• Some familiarity with the construction industry and/or building supply industry
• The ability to handle criticism without taking things personally (our customers’ communication style can be a bit rougher than other industries)
• The ability to learn and retain new information about the products we sell
• Bachelor’s Degree; this requirement can be substituted for relevant work experience
• Experience in the construction and/or distribution industry
• Experience working with Quickbooks
• Experience in sales
• Salary: $55k per year
• Discretionary year-end bonus/profit share
