Arcutis Biotherapeutics, Inc. is seeking an Overlay Therapeutic Sales Specialist for the Hartford area. This full-time position focuses on driving demand for Arcutis dermatology products through strategic planning and strong customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate 5+ years of experience in biotech sales, preferably in dermatology, and possess excellent interpersonal and sales skills. This role requires the ability to travel within the assigned geography and may involve 25-50% overnight travel.
We offer a competitive salary range of $135,000 to $155,000, along with performance bonuses based on successful territory management and sales execution.
