SummaryThe role of a Business Development Associate at Infinity Group entails supporting the growth of client relationships. This involves assisting with identifying new opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and contributing to the expansion of the company's client base. The Business Development Associate plays a crucial role in driving business development efforts.
Your Knowledge and Skills- Assist in planning and achieving day‑to‑day objectives, contributing to task allocation within the team.
- Identify, define, and address complex problems through logical analysis, finding innovative solutions.
- Check and correct issues in existing systems and processes, ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaborate with internal resources and experts to meet client needs, assisting in managing client communications.
- Participate in client strategy discussions, providing input and support for problem‑solving and service development.
- Exercise discretion in issue resolution, with moderate oversight from the Manager for non‑routine situations.
- Work as part of the team, providing support to higher‑level professionals, and learning from their guidance and feedback.
- May assist in onboarding and training new team members, under the supervision of higher‑level employees.
- Education:
Associate degree or specialized training beyond high school (e.g., technical/vocational programs). - Minimum Experience:
At least 3 years of prior relevant industry experience.
- Lead information and data to be verified and understood.
- Connect with Lead on Linked In and understand recent activity and personality type.
- Perform initial individual reach outs with calls and personal emails, logging call types and details into CRM and recording all emails.
- Add or adjust CRM data based on information received during individual reach outs.
- Perform post‑presentation individual reach outs with calls and personal emails for maintaining top‑of‑mind awareness, logging call types and details into CRM and recording all emails.
- Convert lead to Account and Contact in CRM based on lead having an opportunity and/or a face‑to‑face meeting.
- Create opportunity in CRM with all required data fields.
- Perform initial individual Linked In invites and continued messaging based on response.
- Ongoing updates to all opportunities in CRM to ensure current accurate pipeline, including Handover Date and Decision Date up to the point of a QQO.
