Senior Account Specialist​/Practice Development Manager; Aesthetic Medical Device-WC, Co NY​/Conn

Role:
Senior Account Specialist supporting Solta’s non-invasive products in Upstate NY/Connecticut, focusing on sales growth and territory development.

Responsibilities include building sales strategies, executing product demonstrations, customer training, facilitating launches, developing key relationships, and coordinating trade shows and workshops. Ensures compliance with FDA and regulatory standards, maintains customer databases, and drives customer loyalty through superior service.

• High school diploma (Bachelors preferred), minimum 2 years B2B or medical sales experience, preferably with consumables or medical devices to dermatologists or plastic surgeons, knowledge of surgical techniques and medical terminology.

• strong selling, planning, organizational, and communication skills; ability to influence and close; effective time management; technical acumen for software and hardware.

Travel of approximately 75% within the territory, including occasional overnights and weekends.

Compensation ranges from $90K-$120K base, plus bonus or incentive plans.
