Lead Officer

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ months of Security, hospital or relevant experience.
• Minimum 6+ months of Lead, supervisor or management experience.
• High School Diploma / GED
• Valid Drivers License with clean MVR
• Fast paced environment & Customer service
• CT Guard Card (Preferred)

• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation - CPR
• First Aid and Automated External Defibrillator - AED

• Management of Aggressive Behavior – MOAB

The Lead Officer maintains the security and safety of the client site by supporting and providing their Security Officers clear guidance and leadership. The Lead Officer observes and reports activities and incidents, provides for the security and safety of client property and personnel, preserves order, and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.
