Overview
Lead Officer – Hartford, CT – 20.14$/hr, Monday‑Friday 15:30‑23:30. The Lead Officer maintains the safety of the client site by supporting Security Officers with clear guidance and leadership. The position observes and reports activities and incidents, upholds order, and may enforce regulations for personnel, visitors, and premises.
Responsibilities- Observe, report, and enforce client property and personnel safety.
- Provide clear direction and maintain order on assigned shifts.
- Act to enforce regulations and directives pertaining to site personnel, visitors, and premises.
- Minimum 6+ months of security or hospital experience.
- Minimum 6+ months of leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
- Fast‑paced environment and customer service focus.
- CT Guard Card (preferred).
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- First Aid and Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
