Overnight SOC Analyst

Garda World Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer.

Ready to suit up as a Surveillance Security Guard? This role requires sharp observation skills and an attention to detail as you scan a series of screens and spot threats before they can escalatte in environments such as a security operations center, call center, parking gatehouse, etc.

• Site location:
  Hartford, CT
• GSOC experience, camera and alarm checks, radio communications background
• Software skills, ability to multitask and work independently or in a team environment
• Set schedule:
  Sunday to Thursday, 10 pm to 6 am

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Exceptional concentration and visual activity monitoring skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
• State license if required
