Assists in operating and maintaining all Hospital mechanical and alarm systems and equipment throughout the Campus 24/7.;
Performs troubleshooting and repair to all hospital mechanical and electromechanical equipment including HVAC systems, PEVCO, Honeywell and fire alarm systems according to established procedures and manufacturer's specifications.;
Identifies major problems and repairs and reports need to the supervisor.;
Completes and returns all work orders according to departmental guidelines.;
Mantains equipment maintenance records according to departmental and regulatory requirements.
