re:fab is a full-service painting and renovation company with 33+ years of growth, currently seeking insured subcontractors experienced in EIFS work ranging from full replacement and new installations to repairs and resurfacing. Submissions are accepted for projects in the Meridan/Hartford CT areas.
Responsibilities- Complete jobs on time and within budget.
- Maintain detailed reports of work completed and submit daily logs to re:fab team.
- Commit to safety protocols and meet project timelines.
- Deliver work in a fast-paced environment as a team player.
- Lift up to 75 lbs as required.
- Insured with General Liability, Workers Compensation, and Auto insurance (personal or commercial).
- Experience with interior EIFS work from full replacement or new install to repairs and resurfacing.
- Reliable crew and equipment to perform assigned tasks.
- Must be able to read and understand written English.
- Must have a reliable and insured truck or van to travel to job sites.
- Working cell phone for communication.
- Proof of General Liability and Workers Compensation insurance.
- This is a subcontractor position.
