Diesel Technician / Heavy-Duty Mechanic

Pay Range: $28.00 – $40.00+ per hour (Based on experience)

Bonus:

Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance on heavy-duty trucks.
  • Diagnose and repair diesel engines and complex after-treatment devices.
  • Maintain a general understanding of all heavy-duty truck systems (brakes, suspension, electrical, etc.).
  • Collaborate with management to suggest improvements to shop workflow and business operations.
Qualifications
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 2 years working on heavy-duty trucks.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    Strong understanding of diesel engines and emissions/after-treatment systems.
  • Tools:
    Must possess a personal inventory of tools required for the trade.
  • Mindset: A desire for continuous learning and a team-oriented attitude.
