Industrial Maintenance Technician (Mechanical & Electrical)

Menasha Corporation is a leader in corrugated and plastic packaging products, serving major global companies. The Maintenance Technician role focuses on mechanical and electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations across production equipment and facility systems.

• 2nd Shift: 2:00PM–10:00PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00PM–6:00AM
• Mechanical Maintenance Technician: $33.00–$38.00 per hour
• Electrical Maintenance Technician: $38.00–$46.00 per hour

• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on production machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify root causes to minimize downtime.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks according to established schedules.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls and perform urgent repairs as needed.
• Install, modify, and fabricate equipment components and replacement parts.
• Support equipment upgrades, machine installations, and continuous improvement projects.
• Complete facility maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
• Maintain the appearance and condition of the facility through housekeeping and groundskeeping activities.
• Prioritize and complete work orders based on operational needs.
• Manage maintenance inventory and coordinate with vendors for parts and supplies.
• Assist in training employees on equipment operation, safety procedures, and basic maintenance practices.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of motors, drives, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, wiring, control panels, sensors, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience using hand and power tools, including drills, saws, grinders, mills, and welding equipment.
• Ability to work safely in a production environment with moving machinery and equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts as business needs require.
• Commitment to safety and maintaining a constant state of alertness in a safety‑sensitive position.
