Salary range: $26 – $30 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Plus commission.

• $26–$30 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

• Good communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Previous restoration experience
• Ability to travel out of town
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
• Pass background check and drug screen
• Water Restoration Tech Certification (WRT) IICRC

• Lead residential and commercial restoration projects, overseeing fire and water damage clean‑up from start to finish.
• Coordinate on‑site operations, ensure quality workmanship, and guide the team in safe and efficient restoration.
• Direct, aid, and supervise Restoration Technicians assigned to the project.
• Ensure documentation, including forms and photo documentation, complies with established protocols.
• Maintain excellent customer communication and relations.
• Perform other duties as required, including tasks outside normal job duties.
