Lead the maintenance and repair activities for all building systems;
Ensure proper operation of building equipment, including boilers, chillers, pumps, compressors, and other related systems;
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and system failures, implementing corrective actions promptly to minimize downtime;
Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans to optimize equipment performance and prolong service life;
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, installations, and maintenance services
