Commercial Kitchen Service Technician

Diagnose, repair, and provide planned maintenance on a broad range of cooking, refrigeration, and dishwashing equipment;
Provide service to customers in the Hartford area by demonstrating mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and ability to read diagrams and schematics;
Produce accurate and timely administrative documents, such as work orders, time reporting, receipts, and truck stock inventory;
Replace faulty components and perform preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime;
Collaborate with manufacturers as needed to assist with diagnoses and parts identification
