Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner; PMHNP – Inpatient & Outpatient Psychiatry

Salary: $130,000 – $151,000 per year.

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Follow‑up visits and behavioral health consults.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams.
• Care for adult and geriatric psychiatric patients across inpatient, outpatient, and telepsychiatry settings.

• PMHNP‑BC
• Inpatient psychiatric experience required
• Experience in psychiatric hospitals strongly preferred
• Experience with geriatric psychiatry, skilled nursing, behavioral health hospitals or assisted living is highly desirable
• Comfortable providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• Collaborative, patient‑centered clinician

This position is ideal for PMHNPs looking to practice psychiatry without nights, weekends, or rigid schedules. You will spend mornings providing psychiatric care within an inpatient behavioral health hospital while afternoons can include outpatient psychiatry, telepsychiatry, or additional inpatient consults depending on your interests. You will collaborate with experienced psychiatrists, fellow PMHNPs, therapists and clinical leadership in a supportive team environment where providers have meaningful input into their schedules.
