Community Partners in Action in Hartford, CT seeks a part-time Human Services Worker for the Hartford Transitional Housing program. Shift is 2nd, 4:00PM-12:00AM, 24 hours weekly (Tue, Sat, Sun). The role involves supervising residents, crisis de-escalation, and ensuring safety in a transitional housing setting.
