Trinity Health Of New England At Home is seeking a Home Care Registered Nurse to deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes, create individualized care plans, administer medications and support recovery and independence.
This role offers flexibility, autonomy and meaningful 1:1 patient relationships, with no on-call requirements and a stable schedule Mon–Fri 8 am–5 pm, weekend rotation every 4 weeks, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
