Community Solutions seeks a Case Manager for the Watkinson House location in Hartford, CT. The role includes intake assessment, individual and group counseling, case record management, discharge planning, and aftercare services.
Schedule:
Mon/Wed 1:00pm–9:00pm, Tue/Fri 9:00am–5:00pm, with a pay rate of $23.84 per hour. Bachelor’s degree in a social science and strong communication skills are required; experience with Microsoft Office is preferred.
