- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce
- Drive end-to-end delivery from business requirements through development, testing, and deployment
- Apply object-oriented programming principles, Salesforce design patterns, and CRUD/FLS best practices
- Develop and optimize SOQL queries and data models for performance and scalability
- Contribute to full-stack development, including Salesforce configuration and integrated web components
- Participate in application integrations and service-oriented architecture implementations
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions
- Work across all phases of the SDLC and maintain detailed technical documentation
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application issues

- 10+ years of overall professional software development experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

- Solid understanding of SQL and enterprise data integration
