• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce
• Drive end-to-end delivery from business requirements through development, testing, and deployment
• Apply object-oriented programming principles, Salesforce design patterns, and CRUD/FLS best practices
• Develop and optimize SOQL queries and data models for performance and scalability
• Contribute to full-stack development, including Salesforce configuration and integrated web components
• Participate in application integrations and service-oriented architecture implementations
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions
• Work across all phases of the SDLC and maintain detailed technical documentation
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application issues

• 10+ years of overall professional software development experience
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Advanced expertise in Apex (OOP), Salesforce design patterns, and Lightning development
• Strong experience with Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration
• Background in full-stack or end-to-end web development
• Solid understanding of SQL and enterprise data integration
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and abstract thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
