Responsibilities- Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews.
- Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications.
- Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
- Contribute to the creation of project budgets that align with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables.
- Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals, and securing client sign‑offs.
- Proactive risk management to ensure uninterrupted delivery.
- Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.
- Anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
- Balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.
- Architecture & Design:
- End‑to‑end architecture design
- Microservices, distributed systems, event‑driven architecture
- NFRs: scalability, performance, resilience, security
- Technology
Skills:- AWS/Azure cloud platforms
- Docker, Kubernetes
- Awareness of SPA frameworks such as Angular, React, or similar
- Technology
Skills:- Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, etc.
- AI‑Augmented Development:
- Git Hub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, Claude Code
- AI‑based coding, refactoring, testing
- Awareness of Agentic and RAG‑based architecture patterns with Evals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of every year of education.
- Position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
