• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications.
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
• Contribute to the creation of project budgets that align with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables.
• Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals, and securing client sign‑offs.

• Proactive risk management to ensure uninterrupted delivery.
• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.
• Anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
• Balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.

• Architecture & Design:
  • End‑to‑end architecture design
  • Microservices, distributed systems, event‑driven architecture
  • NFRs: scalability, performance, resilience, security
• Technology
  
  Skills:
  • AWS/Azure cloud platforms
  • Docker, Kubernetes
  • Awareness of SPA frameworks such as Angular, React, or similar

  • Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, etc.
• AI‑Augmented Development:
  • Git Hub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, Claude Code
  • AI‑based coding, refactoring, testing
  • Awareness of Agentic and RAG‑based architecture patterns with Evals

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of every year of education.
• Position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
