** What Will You Do?
*** Lead the design and development of complex Salesforce solutions that drive Personal Insurance digital transformation
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, promoting best practices and code quality standards
* Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to define technical approaches and solution strategies
* Drive code reviews, establish testing strategies, and ensure adherence to development standards across the team
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges, providing expert-level problem-solving
* Identify opportunities for technical innovation, process improvement, and platform optimization
* Contribute to technical roadmaps and influence architectural decisions for Salesforce implementations
* Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and knowledge-sharing resources##
** What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
*** 6+ years of software engineering experience with proven expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications
* Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, integration patterns) strongly preferred but not required for candidates with exceptional engineering fundamentals and commitment to rapidly developing Salesforce expertise
* Demonstrated expertise in database design, optimization, and working with complex data models
* Track record of leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineering teams
