The annual base salary range for this position is $ - $. Employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

• Leverage your solid technical foundation while developing specialized skills in Salesforce development, configuration, and integration to support our strategic digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience and streamline business processes.
• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that support Personal Insurance digital transformation initiatives.
• Write clean, maintainable code following Salesforce best practices and development standards.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using APIs.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes to ensure robust solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the Salesforce platform.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and emerging technologies to continuously improve technical skills.

• 4+ years of hands‑on software development experience building and maintaining enterprise applications.
• Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs) is a strong plus but not required.
• Proven experience writing production‑quality code in object‑oriented languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Track record of designing and implementing RESTful APIs and integrating systems through web services.
• Demonstrated ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate within cross‑functional teams.
• Background in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance.
• Experience with version control systems and modern development tools and practices.
• History of successfully learning and adapting to new technologies and platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related STEM field, or equivalent education and/or work experience.
• 4 additional years of software engineering experience.
