Integration Lead

Job Title: Azure Integration Services Lead

Experienced Azure Integration Services (AIS) Lead Developer to drive the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AIS components and experience in migration projects, preferably from Biz Talk to Azure.

• Design and development of integration solutions using Azure Integration Services components.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define integration patterns and best practices.
• Develop and maintain workflows using Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Hub, and Azure API Management (APIM).
• Ensure secure, scalable, and high‑performing integration solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Provide technical guidance to other developers and ensure adherence to standards.
• Support migration efforts from Biz Talk Server to Azure Integration Services.

• 8+ years of experience in integration development, with at least 3+ years in Azure Integration Services.
• Strong Hands‑on experience with the AIS suite of products, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure API Management (APIM), Service Bus, Event Hub.
• Strong understanding of cloud integration patterns and security best practices.
• Strong Azure development experience (understanding of the Azure infrastructure in general, ability to create and configure various Azure components).
• Advanced in one or more programming language(s), e.g., .NET development skills (.NET/C# 4+, Entity Framework 6.x).
• Strong knowledge & experience of JSON, OAS, SOAP & REST APIs.
• Experience in implementing SAML/OIDC and OAuth

• Experience with Rules engine.
• Knowledge of integration with popular SaaS/COTS (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, O365, SAP, etc.).
• Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods.
• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
• Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence).
• Experience in Biz Talk Server (migration experience is a strong advantage).
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, and RESTful API development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices for Azure.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Azure certification.
• Experience in Biz Talk to AIS migration projects.
• Experience with Bicep, ARM Templates, or Terraform; containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Other cloud integration platforms (optional).
