Developer

Seeking for a  Developer to support development work, including the design and development of Power Apps, web-based customer-facing UI, and enhancements/bug fixes for  applications. This role combines requirements analysis, software development, and data migration validation within an Agile Scrum framework.

• Requirements Analysis & Documentation:
  Collaborate with stakeholders to document business and system requirements, translate needs into user stories, and maintain an Azure Dev Ops product backlog.
• Software Development & Technical Implementation:
  Design and develop components using ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, and Azure App Service. Optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops.
• Data Migration Validation & Testing:
  Develop reusable data validation scripts to ensure migration accuracy, and support system testing by creating test cases.
• Agile/Scrum
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with the Product Owner to refine backlog items and define sprint goals.

• Required:
  • Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC and Entity Framework.
  • Strong understanding of Azure platform services, including Azure SQL, App Service, Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure Git Repositories.
  • Expertise in developing and executing automated data validation/testing scripts.
  • Experience with relational databases, data modeling, and data mapping techniques.
  • Proficiency in Azure Dev Ops for managing work items and test cases.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum principles.
• Preferred:
  • Experience with legacy system modernization or public-sector transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of security, access control, and user role management.
