CDL‑A Drivers with X Endorsement Run Cryogenics $1925+/WK (Full Time)

Types of Jobs: Dedicated Account

• First‑year pay ranges from $85‑$106K, with drivers starting at $300.30/day and receiving $3/day increases every six months up to a cap of $324/day. Training new hires in cryogenics earns an additional $100/day.
• Shadow training: operators run their own truck while a trainer runs theirs; drivers receive $125/day and a $1000 bonus at the end of training, with an assigned 579‑Petes automatic truck and no slip seating.
• Full benefits begin after 60 days, including one week vacation in the first 52 weeks, medical coverage, and a 401(k) with matching contributions.
• Run dedicated regional or local accounts; operators must be willing to operate in all 48 states and cannot opt out of any region.
• During a 7‑day home break, the company pays for round‑trip flights. If within 200 miles of home, operators may drive home. Operators are generally out 21 days and can return home up to 7 days, with vacation days counted separately.
• Flight home arrangements apply; operators unwilling to fly are not eligible for the position.

• At least one year of OTR or regional driving in the last three years.
• Must hold a Class A CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements (X endorsement) at application.
• Relatively clean MVR.
• No more than five Class A CDL driving jobs in the last five years.
• Felony convictions or any history of failed or refused DOT drug tests disqualify candidates.
