Miller Dedicated Services is immediately hiring a CDL A – Floater driver to support our various customers in the Northeastern U.S. This role offers a mix of local, regional, and OTR assignments with regular travel throughout the Northeast.
Ideal locations include Southern New Jersey, Hartford, CT, or Lancaster, PA, though we have flexibility on home location and compensate for travel time to and from assignments.
Requirements include Minimum of 2+ years of CDL A professional driving experience, willingness to travel regionally and fill in as needed, acceptance of a floater role, full‑time availability with overtime, Clean MVR and background check, and ability to interact positively with clients.
Responsibilities- Handle local, regional, and over‑the‑road assignments across the Northeastern U.S.
- Travel regularly to various locations within assigned regions.
- Act as a floater for multiple accounts, filling short‑term "hired gun" positions.
- Maintain a clean MVR and comply with company background requirements.
- Interact positively with clients and represent the company professionally.
Pay Rate: $28 per hour, with 10+ hours of overtime available weekly.
