Contentizer is seeking a dependable and hardworking Loader to support daily loading and unloading operations at our Hartford, CT facility. This role is essential to ensuring shipments are handled safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The Loader position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work and thrive in a fast‑paced logistics environment.

• Load and unload packages, pallets, and materials from trucks and delivery vehicles
• Safely move, stack, and organize freight in designated areas
• Prepare shipments for transport by securing and labeling items
• Assist with staging materials for outgoing deliveries
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and proper lifting techniques

Minimum requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Warehouse, loading, or labor experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs consistently
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
