• 10-12 days out with 3-4 days home

Freight is dry van with a mix of drop and hook plus scheduled live loads. Average haul length runs 700-1000 miles, helping each Class A CDL Truck Driver stay moving consistently throughout the week.

Equipment includes automatic Freightliners with Thermo King APUs, refrigerators, 2000-watt inverters, EZ Pass, and Pre Pass systems. Rider and pet policies are available from day one.

Pay includes detention, layover, and multi-stop compensation when applicable. Benefits begin after 60 days and include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match after one year. Paid orientation is completed in one day with hotel and travel expenses covered by LEM Trucking.

• Valid Class A CDL required
• Minimum 6 months of recent regional or OTR tractor-trailer experience
• Must meet DOT requirements
• Safe driving history preferred
