SalaryEarn minimum $65,000, up to $78,000+ based on performance & experience plus bonus and incentive opportunities.
Schedules- Tuesday–Saturday (off Sunday & Monday)
- Monday–Friday (every Sunday off + rotating Saturdays)
Early morning starts between 12AM–4AM.
Must be comfortable driving into New York City.
Qualifications- CDL A License
- 1–2 years of route delivery experience preferred
- Professional, safety‑first mindset
- 21+ years of age
- Pass employment screening
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver License with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to read and speak English
- Physical strength to lift, push, or move product up to 100 lbs
- Flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays as required
- Run routes efficiently, meeting or exceeding designated times
- Unload product from trailer, by hand or using a hand cart, and place it in designated customer storage areas; may include transporting product down ramps, stairs, or docks in all weather conditions
- Lift, push, or move product weighing 1–75 pounds, up to 100 pounds; reach up to 72 inches to stack and unstack pallets and hand carts; constantly bend and twist while loading and unloading product and retrieving items from trailer
- Verify delivery of items with customers and obtain proper signatures; contact management for authorization when discrepancies on invoices; communicate all errors/returns
- Call in when a customer does not receive the entire order (shorts)
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Handle company equipment properly; follow written driver safety rules; perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections per DOT regulations and company policies

All drivers run daily routes with frequent stops and are required to load packages onto hand trucks and unload product at each stop in the order designated by the Transportation Department Manager. The candidate will operate successfully in a cross‑dock model, picking up a loaded truck from a nightly delivery at the assigned loading dock and returning the empty truck back to the assigned lot at the end of the route.
May be required to assist occasionally with loading trucks, palletizing product, and performing other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
- 1 year customer delivery experience preferred
- 6 months hand cart/hand truck experience preferred
- 6 months food and beverage experience preferred
- 2 years consistent work history preferred
