• No more than two moving violations in the past three years; no serious traffic violations in the last three years.
• No preventable accidents in the past three years; no DOT recordable accidents in the past ten years; no fatal or catastrophic incidents.
• Current residence within 250 miles of the assigned facility or willingness to relocate within 90 days.
