Bilingual Dispatcher (Warehouse) – Immediate Start

Location: East Hartford, CT 06108

Pay: $20.00 / hour

Schedule: Weekly Pay (Every Friday)

We are currently hiring reliable bilingual dispatchers for a fast‑paced warehouse environment in East Hartford, CT. This is a temp‑to‑hire opportunity with the potential for permanent placement after 480 hours worked. This is a hands‑on role that combines dispatching duties with warehouse support.

• Sunday – Saturday (schedule assigned)
• Start Time: 5:00 AM until end of shift
• Must be available to work weekends

• Dispatch and track shipments using computer systems
• Communicate with drivers and team members
• Send emails and update shipment information
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks
• Move pallets and operate a hand pump jack
• Support daily warehouse operations as needed

• MUST be reliable with strong attendance
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, dispatch systems)
• Ability to lift and move pallets
• Experience with pallet jacks is a plus
• Team player with a strong work ethic
