Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:

Pacific Rise Co is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our Hartford, CT team. This role supports daily warehouse operations by receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment and distribution
• Assist with inventory control and cycle counts
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Assist with shipping and receiving paperwork
• Operate warehouse equipment as trained and authorized
  
  Support additional warehouse duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Dependable attendance and work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
