The Pay$85,000 to $108,000 annual salary; commensurate with experience.
Job SummaryThe People & Culture Business Partner (PCBP) serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to leaders and employees, aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive organizational performance, engagement, and growth. This role provides consultative people and culture (P&C) support in areas including organizational design, talent management, employee relations, performance development, and change management. The PCBP builds strong partnerships across the organization to foster a positive culture that attracts, develops, and retains high-performing employee owners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Strategic Partnership, collaborate with leaders to align people strategies with business goals, driving performance, growth, and cultural alignment
- Manager Coaching & Capability Building, equip managers with tools and guidance to lead effectively, reinforcing empowerment, accountability, and an ownership mindset.
- Employee Relations, advise on employee relations matters with a focus on early intervention, respectful communication, and solutions aligned with company culture and policy.
- Organizational Design & Workforce Insights, analyze engagement and other workforce data to provide consultative guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and team development, while identifying trends and informing action plans that strengthen performance, alignment with KAB values, and employee belonging and satisfaction.
- Change Management & Leadership Support, guide leaders through organizational change, fostering adaptability, accountability, and shared ownership.
- Talent Development & Succession Planning, partner with leaders to identify and develop key talent, ensuring readiness for future roles and organizational continuity.
- Employee Experience & Culture Building, promote a culture of trust, inclusion, and mutual respect where all employee-owners feel valued and supported.
- P&C Program Implementation, ensure effective delivery of People and Culture initiatives around culture, benefits, compensation, and learning.
- Ensure policies and practices are applied consistently, equitably, and in alignment with organizational values.
- 5+ years of progressive HR/ People and Culture experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or generalist role.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
- Experience working in a matrixed or complex organizational structure is preferred.
