The Profile: The Senior Social Media Manager is an experienced content creator, a strategic ideator, and an empathetic people leader who balances creative instinct with data‑driven decision‑making. They bring deep expertise of major social platforms and thrive in fast‑paced, highly collaborative environments. This role requires a strategic thinker who translates business goals into high‑impact social initiatives, while remaining hands‑on in content development alongside Creative and Video teams.
Experienced in leading campaigns, managing integrated content calendars, and building influencer and partner relationships, this leader fosters a culture of trust, creativity, and accountability. They are comfortable managing budgets, KPIs, and evolving platform trends to drive meaningful results.

Location: Hybrid;
On‑site requirement up to 10 times per month.
The Pay: $93,000 to $119,000 annual salary; commensurate with experience.
Job Summary: The Senior Social Media Manager leads the development and execution of a data‑driven organic social media strategy that aligns with organizational priorities. This role oversees daily social media operations across all major social platforms, ensuring the company maintains consistent brand standards and high‑quality content. They are responsible for planning and executing several tentpole campaigns per year, as well as managing an integrated content calendar that supports company initiatives and seasonal needs.
The manager builds and maintains influencer and partner relationships to expand brand reach and visibility. They provide leadership, coaching, and development for the social media team, fostering a high‑performing and collaborative environment. Additionally, the role monitors performance against defined KPIs, optimizes strategy to drive engagement and audience growth, manages the social media budget, and identifies emerging trends and opportunities to keep the brand competitive and innovative.
