Veteran Directed Care Data Entry Supervisor

Location: White River Junction, Vermont, 72 South Main Street
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm

Position Summary:

The role of the VDC Data Entry Team Supervisor is to oversee technical aspects of payroll process, training, and support to the VDC Data Entry Team for day-to-day operations and providing leadership and supervision to the VDC Data Entry Team. Serves as a liaison between the billing and accounting teams for the FEA division, the VDC Customer Service and Enrollment Units;

partners closely with FMS Director related to software implementation and stabilization. The supervisor will work closely with other departments at ARIS to ensure everything the VDC Data Entry team does is properly communicated to all necessary team members.

  • Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, coach, train, and support VDC Data Entry Team staff
  • Foster a positive, engaged, and accountable team environment
  • Understanding of the data-entry process for Veterans based on state specific or program specific rules.
  • Oversee and document all data-entry processes to ensure staff have an up-to-date resource when encountering issues or questions.
  • Maintain knowledge of VDC payroll processing needs in order to provide oversight and issuing of payroll out of CYMA (serving thousands of individuals and payrolls exceeding $1M weekly)
  • Maintain active role as a liaison with FMS and agency contacts,
  • Research and resolve “problem” timesheets and budget submissions as needed.
  • Ensure high level of program integrity, through implementation and oversight of quality assurance measures.
  • Assist Client Support personnel with research regarding timesheet-related questions.
  • Liaise with Billing, accounting, and community partners for consumer/participant budget and enrollment as needed.
  • Knowledgeable in FMS software and payroll platforms and understand how information is passed from one to another.
  • Partner with leadership to implement strategies that meet overall division and organization goals; provide support to other ARIS Solutions staff, as needed
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Assist Director, when needed, in managing FMS programs, which includes strategic planning, business process redesign and implementation, policy redesign, implementation of new initiatives, and analysis of business functions.
  • Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in business or accounting, Bachelors’ Degree Preferred, or an equivalent level of experience in which similar knowledge and skills are obtained
  • 5+ years of data-entry processing experience preferred
  • Data Entry or Payroll Processing Experience
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (including Windows, Outlook and Excel.
  • Supervisory Experience Preferred
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to customized software systems and work across multiple software platforms
