Position
The Production Generalist is responsible for safely and efficiently operating production and packaging equipment in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. This role ensures the integrity of ingredients and finished products by performing thorough inspections and adhering to food safety specifications. They maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards, accurately document production data using designated software, and work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals, improve processes, and promptly address operational issues.

LocationWhite River Junction, VT; onsite daily.
Pay$19.00 to $19.77 per hour worked; pay commensurate with experience.
ScheduleThis is a full‑time position, working Monday through Friday 6:45am - 3:15pm, 40 hours per week, with overtime as necessary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Inspect and handle ingredients and finished goods to ensure compliance with food safety and quality specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in production areas, including performing routine cleaning duties to meet GMP standards.
- Maintain accurate and complete production records and documentation, using required software.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets, identify operational improvements, and resolve issues as they arise.
- On‑the‑job training provided on company‑specific processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to demonstrate capability and articulate how prior experiences will help transition into this role.
- Attention to detail – monitors own work to ensure accuracy and quality, especially when handling ingredients or packaging products.
- Adaptability – comfortable switching between tasks and working across different stages of production based on operational needs.
