The Position: The Seasonal Production Generalist Assistant is responsible for supporting the King Arthur Baking manufacturing team by ensuring the smooth operation of parchment production, a fast growing part of the business, and other supporting processes within the food manufacturing facility. This includes assisting with packaging production, assembling boxes, and performing various sanitation tasks. This position requires versatility, adaptability, and a keen eye for detail to maintain high-quality standards and efficiency in production.

Flexible hours are available between 7am-11pm.

Location:

White River Junction, VT; onsite daily.

The Pay: $18.57 per hour worked. This is a part‑time seasonal position at 20 hours per week with an anticipated end of 1/29/2027.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist production of parchment paper food contact room.
• Support sourdough production through jar labeling, and case packing
• Assist with food safety sanitation tasks.
• Complete documentation related to production and quality.

Experience and Education

• On the- job training provided on company-specific processes, equipment, and safety protocols
• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Experience with self-directed and self-paced roles preferred
• Attention to detail: Ability to accurately follow instructions and maintain high levels of accuracy in tasks.
