The DREAM Program, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Mentor Coordinator to support the Program Director by training, recruiting, and supporting volunteer mentors for the Village Mentoring program.
You will work to provide holistic support for mentees and foster strong mentor-mentee relationships across the chapter. Responsibilities include recruiting mentors, supplying training resources, and coordinating week-to-week communications with volunteers and staff.
