Under the supervision of an RN and in accordance with agency policies and state practice, the Licensed Practical Nurse provides nursing services to individuals and families in their residence under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Responsibilities- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in Vermont and New Hampshire or hold a compact license.
- Graduate of an accredited school as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- One year of experience as an LPN in a home health care setting is preferred.
Licensure/Certification s
- Unencumbered LPN license in VT and NH or compact.
- Area of Interest:
Nursing - Pay Range: $29.95/Hr. – $46.42/Hr.
- FTE/Hours per pay period: 1.00 – 1.00 – 40 hrs/week
