Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Manager for a role in Hospice Palliative Care in White River Junction, Vermont. This position offers full-time travel contracts with a target shift of 8 hours per day, 40 hours a week.
Ideal candidates will have an active RN license in NH and VT and at least 1 year of recent hospice experience. Benefits include major medical, dental, and a referral bonus of $750.
