As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents and patients. Your duties will include:

• Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
• Implementing evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as needed
• Providing education and support to patients, families, and caregivers
• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and safety
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and efficient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports
