Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care in White River Junction, VT, starting 09/08/2026 for several weeks. • Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting within scope of practice
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments under supervision; document administrations accurately
• Monitor vital signs, assess resident status, identify changes, and report findings to the supervising nurse
• Assist with activities of daily living; promote safety, mobility, skin integrity, and fall prevention
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and update care plans; participate in handoffs and care conferences
• Maintain accurate charting in the electronic health record and adhere to infection prevention and safety protocols

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing
• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
• CPR/BLS certification
• Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
• Ability to work in a long-term care/assisted living setting and across shifts
• Ability to pass a routine background check and drug screening
