Lund's Regional Partnership Program (RPP) is hiring a Case Manager to support families affected by parental substance use, working across Barre and Hartford DCF offices. The role screens for substance use, links parents to treatment, and helps remove barriers to engagement in multiple community settings.
The starting rate is $25/hour. Applicants should have an associate degree and experience in case management within related settings; AAP certification paths are supported by Lund.
