Service Assistant

White River Toyota is growing, and we’re excited to add a Service Lane Assistant to our Service team. This role is all about creating a smooth, positive experience for our customers from the moment they enter the service lane.

As a Service Lane Assistant, you’ll help keep traffic moving efficiently, maintain a clean and organized service lane, and support the team wherever needed. This is a hands‑on support position that’s perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working with people, and jumping in to help with a variety of projects and day‑to‑day tasks as department needs change.

• Meeting and greeting customers upon arrival to the service department.
• Moving vehicles in and out of the service lane.
• Preparing cars for service with protective materials.
• Performing tire alignment checks.
• Maintaining the entrance and exit to the service drive lanes.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual vehicle.
• Capable of providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to maintain a friendly demeanor and a healthy sense of humor.
• Does not mind being on your feet all day while getting plenty of exercise.

$18 - $18 an hour
