Job Purpose & Reporting Structure The Production Water Spider is committed to the precise, efficient delivery of purchase/finished (PF) components directly to our production streets. This role ensures that all materials arrive defect-free and on time, driving the lowest possible cost for our customers while keeping our manufacturing operations running seamlessly.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Line Replenishment:
  Accurately ensure each production line has the proper parts to meet daily productivity goals.
• Order Picking:
  Correctly pull job tasks according to production demand in the specific order set by the team leader.
• Kitting & Staging:
  Use defined bins, tubs, and pallets to accurately pull and group all items required for each specific weldment.
• Point-of-Use Delivery:
  Move and deliver all pulled parts directly to each individual production line.
• Documentation Management:
  Collect and organize all paperwork related to part numbers from each active production line.
• Cross-Department
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with other departments to confirm all necessary parts are on hand, and proactively inform the appropriate department if materials are missing.

Marginal Job Functions

• Proactively close all gaps in purchase/finished parts to ensure that weld streets consistently operate at peak productivity.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication:
  Good verbal and written communication skills to coordinate effectively across production departments.
• Attributes:
  High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a safety-conscious mindset.
