Fit, align, assemble, and fasten sheet metal parts, motors, electronics, molded parts, and sub-assemblies into completed units, including making necessary electrical connections;
Visually inspect assemblies for fit, function, and surface defects;
Troubleshoot non-conforming units by repairing, reworking, or partially disassembling as needed;
Test units for electrical continuity, proper operation, and overall functionality;
Package completed units into corrugated containers with appropriate packing materials
