Forklift Operator

Location:

Hartford, WI

 Pay: $18.00 – $20.00/hour, based on relevant experience and work history

 Shift Available:

* Day

Shift: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm

Schedule:

12-hour compressed work schedule (3/4 or 4/3 rotation), working only
 182 days per year while maintaining full-time pay and benefits.

We're seeking experienced Forklift Operators with backgrounds in
 manufacturing, warehousing, shipping, logistics, distribution, or production
 environments. Previous forklift operating experience is strongly preferred.

 Position Summary

 Quad is seeking dependable Forklift Operators to join our Hartford manufacturing
 team.

 This isn't a traditional warehouse position. You'll work directly alongside
 production teams to ensure presses and finishing equipment have the materials
 they need to keep customer orders moving on schedule. You'll transport paper,
 raw materials, and finished products throughout the facility while supporting
 safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

 What You'll Do

* Operate forklifts, motorized lifts, and other powered industrial equipment
    throughout the facility.
  
* Supply printing presses and finishing equipment with paper, raw materials,
    and other production supplies.
  
* Transport raw materials and finished products throughout the plant.
  
* Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
  
* Maintain accurate inventory using RF scanners and computerized inventory
    systems.
  
* Support production teams by delivering materials where and when they're
    needed.
  
* Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
  
* Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures.
  
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  
* Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

* Previous forklift operating experience is strongly preferred.
  
* Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, shipping, logistics, distribution,
    or material handling environments.
  
* Experience loading and unloading trailers safely and efficiently.
  
* Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory management systems.
  
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
  
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
* Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
  
* Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
  
* Experience supporting manufacturing or printing operations is a plus.
