Schedule:

1st Shift

Monday-Thursday, 4:30am – 3:00pm

Pay: up to $30/hr

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to work instructions and specifications.
• Load CNC programs and monitor equipment for proper operation.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure dimensional and quality requirements are met.
• Operate saws and use forklifts, overhead cranes, hand tools, and measuring equipment.
• Stage materials and completed parts for production and assembly.
• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic machine maintenance.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

Required Qualifications

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
• Ability to operate material-handling equipment safely.
• Ability to read work instructions and basic production specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous CNC, machining, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience with CNC mills, saws, forklifts, or overhead cranes.
