CNC Operator – 2nd Shift

Kelly Services is hiring a CNC Operator for a leading manufacturing company in Hartford, WI. This full-time opportunity offers competitive compensation, weekly pay, outstanding benefits, and a four-day workweek that gives you a three-day weekend every week.

Hartford, WI Monday – Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM Pay: $27.00 – $32.00/hour (includes shift premium)

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines
• Load and execute CNC programs
• Read work orders, specifications, and production instructions
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues
• Complete quality inspections using precision measuring tools
• Move materials safely throughout production areas
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
• Follow established quality and safety standards

• Previous CNC machining experience preferred
• Manufacturing experience required
• Experience using calipers, gauges, and other measuring equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Forklift experience is an asset
• Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
