LER Techforce is seeking a highly motivated Verification Engineer to join a growing engineering team supporting advanced vehicle control and electronic systems. This role works closely with software development and cross-functional teams to test and verify the functionality and performance of electronic systems and devices prior to release.

What You'll Do
Verification Planning
  • Develop systematic, detailed, and well-structured verification and test plans
  • Analyze and interpret product requirements and design documentation
Test Case Development & Execution
  • Create and execute test cases to validate system functionality and performance
  • Perform regression testing following defect resolution
Test Automation
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance test automation frameworks
  • Evaluate and implement modern testing tools and strategies
Documentation & Collaboration
  • Participate in requirements and design reviews
  • Document test procedures to ensure repeatability and compliance
  • Communicate testing status, results, and risks to stakeholders
Defect Tracking
  • Identify, document, and track defects
  • Support debugging and verification of corrective actions
Minimum Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
Experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in software testing, validation, or similar role
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Bash, C, C++, etc.)
  • Experience developing test cases from requirements and design documentation
  • Experience using revision control systems and bug tracking tools
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
  • Ability to set up and utilize common test equipment (power supplies, multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • CSQE certification
  • Experience developing and executing automated tests
  • Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments
  • Experience working with embedded systems (bare metal and RTOS architectures)
  • Linux administration and console experience
  • Experience developing test cases with source code awareness
  • Usability testing experience
